MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE ENCODED AS A PROVIDER
To be considered as a supplier for CORPORACIÓN EL ROSADO, the following will be taken into account:

a. Be a legally capable natural person or legal entity legally constituted or based in the country, in accordance with current legislation;

b. Have a RUC (Unique Contributors Registration);

c. When the provider is a foreigner, the appropriate legal requirements will be fulfilled, which will allow establishing the appropriate administrative, civil or criminal responsibilities, as the case may be;

d. When the supplier presents a product that enters the market for the first time, it must attach production documents that contain information that allows the supermarket to verify commercial, financial, operational, production and supply capacity, in order to avoid crimes such as money laundering, etc.;

e. Be linked to the information technology systems used by the supermarket when your registration is required;
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE DECODED AS A SUPPLIER
The following are considered as minimum general requirements for the decoding of a supplier:

• That the supplier's products fail to comply with the legal regulations required in Art. 17 of the Manual of Good Commercial Practices for the supermarket sector.

• That the supplier fails to comply with the obligations expressly specified in Art.5 of the Manual of Good Commercial Practices for the supermarket sector.

• That the supplier fails to comply with the product delivery guidelines specified in Art.10 of the Good Commercial Practices Manual for the supermarket sector.

• That there is a breach of contract by the supplier in any of the clauses regarding the supply of merchandise, signed between the supplier and Corporación El Rosado.
